CLUB 'OPEN' & 'CHAMPIONSHIP' POINTS CLAIM FORM

CLAIM FORM FOR THE WELSH 'OPEN' & 'CHAMPIONSHIP' POINTS TROPHIES.
Open to ALL residents in Wales. These awards are for Top Papillon Kennels in Wales, not per dog.
Championship points form to be completed & sent to the cup steward by the 1st October.
'Champion' points Salver, to be awarded at S.W.P.C. Championship Show on 11 / 10 / 2009.
The Open points form to be completed & sent to the cup steward ready for presentation at our Open Club Show in April.

THE MEMORIAL BLUEJAYS TROPHY For the highest amount of points gained at 'CHAMPIONSHIP' Shows, in breed classes.
THE BLUEJAYS TROPHY For the highest amount of points gained at 'OPEN' Shows, in breed classes.

Breed classes only. (Group placing’s & B.O.B’s will not be counted.)
